‚The practice in Japan ‘shinrin-yoku’ - which can be translated as ‘forest bathing’ - teaches that when you connect with nature, you open doors of communication to everything you see.
And because you allow nature to mirror everything that you feel and are, you learn about yourself.
Let us bathe in nature, be it via rock-climbing, hiking, walking in the forest, watching a sunset, walking along a river, sitting on the beach, or simply through visualising or meditating - on ‘being in nature’!
As this is how we will get in touch with our purity, our most positive interpretation, our inner connection, the power of our light and the potential of the unconditional love, residing within!‘
